Through our social media style profile interface, it couldn’t be simpler for candidates to showcase work, share personal background information and host reviews from employers. Furthermore, an interactive job wall will display the work/job or candidates waiting for you. Create a personal profile or one for your company
The Hiway platform will enable anyone to make a profile, enabling each user to share what skills they are most proud of and what experience or work they have done. At the same time, you are easily able to create a company profile. All it takes to prepare your company for everything that the platform has to offer is to add a custom profile picture and include company information in the form of a short bio.
Post a job
After a company profile has been created you’ll be able to post jobs. The types of jobs that can feature on the platform include Project-based jobs and recurring (monthly or weekly) jobs. When posting a job, our platform will effortlessly enable you to add all the information needed to find the ideal candidate for the job such as education, skills, and relevant experience.
Scroll through open listings
For those of you who are ready to work and have activated a working profile, the platform will offer an overview of the categories and filters to sort through various job results. Each listing will contain all the relevant information to help you discover a job to work on.
Communicate and share through the platform
When a freelancer is interested in accepting a specific job, both the employer and employee will be directed towards the messaging platform. In this environment, users will be able to chat and share information as well as communicate with other people regarding possible jobs and jobs that are being undertaken.
Payment module through blockchain Smart Contracts
When a job is accepted and people begin to work with each other, Hiway will make sure all information and payments are held within a Smart Contract. When the job is complete, this Smart Contract will make sure everything is settled securely. The process behind Smart Contracts is something that we will be communicating in more depth soon as well as going deeper into each one of the platform’s functionalities.
Reporting a bug
As the Beta will be the first-ever working version of the Hiway platform, inevitably there will be numerous improvements needed. This process of development is something that we would love to involve the first users in. To do this, on every page, there will be an option for users to instantly report bugs and errors or come up with suggestions to improve the platform.
