Meet the people behind the Blockchain focussed Hiway project!
As you know, last week we officially announced that Hiway will be pursuing an IEO beginning on June 3rd. We are extremely delighted to team up with both ExMarkets and Dcoin, two blockchain focused exchanges, and bring our WAY token to a greater audience.
And so, with this exciting new phase coming up for Hiway, we wanted to give you an insight into all the wonderful and talented individuals who are dedicating time and effort into developing the Hiway platform. A platform that will revolutionize the future job market through blockchain.
Let’s begin with the men who started it all; Our Founders Simon Rikmenspoel and Thale Sonnemans. Originally from the Netherlands, Simon has decades of experience in the recruitment industry establishing De Speer Recruitment Agency in 2007. Operating with a team of 30 full-time employees, De Speer helps more than 500 people find a job daily. Thale, the creative force behind Hiway has a professional background in the blockchain industry and creative industries. Thale combines expressive conceptual thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit. Between them both, the Hiway founders hold a deep understanding of the alternating face of the recruitment industry, an entrepreneurial drive and resume, and the appreciation of data-driven innovations such as Blockchain and AI. With the rise of these technologies and the increasing challenges faced by traditional recruitment agencies, the idea to begin Hiway came to fruition in 2016 with a vision to embrace the future by introducing a new global platform.
