News: Hiway x Fintrux
Recently we announced that we were working with Ark as part of the strengthening of our platform, and we are now proud to announce that we are now in collaboration with FintruX Network! FintruX will help us in determining the needs of blockchain companies and connect us to other interesting groups and organisations. In the future, we are hopeful to the possibility of integrating the FintruX technology with our own platform. For people that are not familiar with FintruX, here is a quick summary:

Currently FintruX’s team is growing rapidly globally which gives us the opportunity to fulfil open positions in their company, preparing them first-hand for when the Hiway platform goes live.
We asked Conrad, CMO at FintruX, a few other questions:
Q : How did you get into contact with Hiway
Conrad : Simon from Hiway was a huge supporter of our project and we met at Consensus 2018 in New York where he introduced me to his innovative project. I think what he’s doing is fantastic and will help in bridging the talent gap that most companies face.
Q : How is FintruX currently handling HR? What challenges do you encounter and how does the recruitment process work?
Conrad : At the moment, hiring is an exhausting endeavour as we have to balance local and remote talent, post job ads, go through hiring firms/agencies, etc. Finding the right person can easily take up a lot of time as inevitably we will come across candidates that are not the right fit for our positions.
Q : How do you think a platform like Hiway could contribute to solving this?
Conrad : Well, FintruX is growing very quickly and the search for the right talent is already proving to be a challenge. Having a platform solution that could pinpoint the best fit with ease and accuracy would help us immensely.
Q : Anything else we should know?
We’re excited to be working with Hiway and being one of the first companies to benefit from this amazing initiative. We look forward to using their platform and services to ease our HR difficulties in the near future.
