The Hiway team is more than happy to introduce to you our new collaboration in the blockchain space. It’s one of the most successful blockchain projects of 2017 and the leader in the security token space; we are talking about Polymath.
At this years Consensus we had the pleasure of meeting Chris Housser, co-founder of Polymath, which led us on our journey to this new collaboration for the future.

A bit more background on the Polymath project from Chris himself:

“Polymath Network (Polymath) is a decentralized platform that makes it easy to create security tokens. The Polymath ST-20 standard embeds regulatory requirements into the tokens themselves, restricting trading to authorized participants only. The platform simplifies the complex technical challenges of creating a security token and aims to bring the multi-trillion dollar financial securities market to the blockchain.”

We asked Chris a few question regarding this new collaboration to give you all an idea why a platform like Hiway is so important:

Q : A pleasure to have you and the project on board Chris. What has the progression of Polymath looked like since 2017, and what is the outlook for the rest of the year?

A : We’ve been growing rapidly. Our dApp launched in early August and we are excited to see the community using it and we anticipate companies to use the product to create Security Token Offerings before the end of the year.

Q : If we look into the HR related side of doing business, could you give us a bit of background on your current situation?

A : Our company started in spring 2017 with 2 people. By the end of 2017 we had 8. Right now we have approximately 40 and are continuing to grow. The talent pool in blockchain is limited and people are located all around the globe. I’m excited for the Hiway platform to help source talent for their projects.

Q : What can we expect to see on the Hiway platform regarding open positions at Polymath, in what type of directions do you expect Polymath to grow?

A : That’s a big list. Developers, project managers, sales, support, the list goes on.

With the collaboration between Hiway and Polymath we are, again, expanding our network of collaborations and partners. With the strategy of signing powerful partnerships like Ark, FintruX and Polymath, we are building a secure, easy to use, fast and open network on the demand side of the platform. Hereby creating a great trigger for talented people to join the platform.

Pleasure to have you join our cause, Chris!

Best,

Hiway
