$HMX Trading Competition: Up to $30,000 in $USDC up for Grabs

Things are getting more and more exciting, as the market picks up, last week, we saw the highest weekly trading volume at HMX ever, at $1.1 billion! To celebrate such a huge milestone and the launch of our 21-day staking cool down for $HMX, we are hosting a trading competition with up to $30,000 USDC in rewards!
Here are the rules 👨🏼⚖️
We will be awarding the top traders of $HMX token according to these categories below:
1. Highest Net Buy & Stake — $15K USDC
The top 20 wallets with the highest buy and stake of $HMX will share the prize pool of $15K USDC. Each winner will take on the following prizes according to their ranking of the net purchase of $HMX token during the competition period:
- 1st place: 4,000 USDC
- 2nd place: 2,000 USDC
- 3rd place: 1,000 USDC
- 4th to 20th place: 500 USDC each
The net buy for each wallet is calculated by the # of HMX tokens acquired during the competition period minus the # of HMX tokens sold during the same period.
Note that to preserve the fairness of the competition, users engaging in the purchase of HMX tokens on one wallet and subsequently selling them on another will be subject to disqualification. To avoid disqualification, we kindly request users to refrain from transferring HMX tokens to a different wallet.
2. Highest # of Transactions — $10K USDC
The top 20 wallets with the highest number of transactions will share the prize pool of $10K USDC. Each winner will take on the following prizes according to the ranking of the # of transactions engaged during the competition period:
- 1st place: 3,000 USDC
- 2nd place: 1,500 USDC
- 3rd place: 700 USDC
- 4th to 20th place: 300 USDC each
3. Lucky Draw — $5K USDC
We are thrilled to add an element of excitement with our Lucky Draw, where 20 lucky participants will have the chance to share a prize pool of $5,000 USDC. Each winning lottery ticket guarantees a prize of $250 USDC.
Note that there are multiple way you can get a lottery ticket and different actions may qualify you with different number of tickets. Please find the list of actions and their corresponding number of tickets below:
- Purchase 0.5 $HMX with a new wallet: 5x Tickets
- Net-buy of 15 $HMX: 3x Ticket
- Staker of 15 $HMX: 4x Ticket
- Conduct 3 transactions of HMX buy: 2x Tickets
At the conclusion of the campaign, we will conduct a random draw to select 20 lucky winners. Remember, the more tickets you accumulate, the higher your chances of winning a rewarding prize! Good luck to all participants!
How will we track? 👣
We will be tracking your trading activities on the LP pool of $HMX on UniSwap ONLY. Volume and transactions on Gate.io will NOT count towards your participation.

Timeline ⏰
The trading competition will kick off on the 12th of March, 10AM UTC and will run for 7 days, until the 19th of March, 10AM UTC.
The rewards distribution will happen by the 26th of March.
