How to Complete Your KYC
The KYC process for existing and new HNB accounts is the same, except for the preliminary steps:
• For new users, register an account on the HNB Wallet
• For existing users, simply login
KYC Process
1. Log in to your HNB Wallet
2. on the bottom right-hand corner navigate to ‘me’
3. From here go into ‘Mission Centre’
4. Under ‘missions’ you will see KYC. Go inside
5. Be sure to take a clear photo of your passport, fill in your passport information correctly and then navigate to ‘next’
6. Take a clear selfie with your passport. Make sure we can see both your face and your passport clearly
7. Finally, navigate to complete
Congratulations, if you have completed all of those steps you have successfully applied for KYC. The HNB team will review your KYC applications and get back to you shortly.
