The HNB wallet was launched on September 20, 2018. The first product launched on the e-commerce platform was on November 30, 2018. Since its inception, the business ecology of HNB has developed rapidly and seen vast functional improvements. Below are basic introductions to features of the HNB ecology.

HNB Fission Mechanism

HNB encourages producers, circulators and consumers to develop the ecology through the fission mechanism at the social circle. The fission mechanism is roughly as follows: residents (A) invite new user (B) to register, and B then invites a further new user, resident C, to register with HNB.

As residents’ B and C shop within the HNB economy, they will be returned a certain portion of HGS every time they purchase a product. This returned portion of HGS provides users with an economic incentive to consume within HNB, as HGS can be used towards further purchases or exchanged for HNB. A resident can invite others to become an HNB eco-resident through 2 methods; sharing the product link to scan the code directly to another person, or by forwarding a screenshot of the APP and using the specific invitation code. The new residents will then successfully be a block in this chain relationship, which is very beneficial to the active residents in the HNB community.

The HNB Ecology encourages residents to build and train members of their own community with individual residents who are empowered within the HNB ecosystem. Through doing so, HNB residents are invited to become self-established maintenance node communities that contribute to the HNB economy in various ways. Residents are separated as their own independent users, however connected together to form a large chain network, which would result in snowball effect to grow the community and simultaneously strengthen it. The HNB volunteers continue to expand their ecosystem by their leadership and training within the network.

HNB Cumulative Registration

Based on the principle of high-quality ecological development, the HNB ecosystem has already constructed a distributed community with a certain scale. The current registration volume has exceeded 200,000. Among them, the total number of members of the overseas community is 10320, and along with this, at least 10 domestic volunteers have built their own node community.

HNB merchants and SKUs

HNB’s economic size is developing rapidly. Dozens of brands have already become our partner merchants. The total SKU is now 336.

The HNB platform is adhering to the non-profit principles of development for the benefit of the community and the people. “What is taken from the people is used for the people”. The Online marketplace is able to absorb and cater for the high-frequency changing needs of consumers, with the main direction being that of fast-moving consumer goods and freshly needed products, such as fresh fruit, beverages, cosmetics and more. The reason why HNB will operate in this marketplace and take this direction is because of the role HGS plays in the HNB economy. HGS’s circulation through the economy is best facilitated through these high-frequency goods, and is needed to drive the small ecological networks within the community. From a non-profit shopping mall’s point of view, highly frequent and freshly needed products are bound to be needed.

The brands that are now on the shelves of non-profit malls include JOCKY, NIJING, COTTON PLANET, Wolong, WHITE RABBIT TOFFEE, Meadow Fresh, Sasur, TOM’S SUPER FARM, Mr. Beaver’s, Shanghai M8 car center, Hainan Blood-orange, Jiangxi Navel Orange, Lain, JONZAC, Yuski, Heynature, Kiss Me, Hidden-Sweet Society, DuDu Driving school, Quality English, SKIPHOP, PAUL FRANK, FLORY, Cellar One, fFLAT5, Good-Wealth Ecology, NOMONA, BAZAAR, Fan Deng Reading Club, Mint Holiday, Brita, Paw’s Beauty, Seyala, Longmi, and KENZO.

With the support of new non-profit malls, HNB residents will care about how to engage in production activities in the HNB ecosystem to take advantage of sales and purchase their favorite products. At the same time, residents will pay attention to the increase in personal wealth through the value of HNB. In the future, our HNB non-profit platform will launch “Mini Programs” in WeChat as well as independent apps, and facilitating features such as group purchasing. These will all greatly stimulate the self-expansion and self-fission of HNB ecology. It is particularly worth mentioning that HNB residents can exchange fiat currency with HGS to use for purchases. At this time, in addition to rewarding the shopper with an equivalent value in HGS, the HNB Eco will also reward a certain percentage of HGS with the inviting partner of the shopping resident. At the same time, all HNB eco-residents can also get HGS from all other shopping on the platform.

HNB Gross Sales (HNB Community “GDP”)

Since the HNB e-commerce platform sold its first item on November 23, 2018, the cumulative sales within the online marketplace has reached US$112,162.733.

HNB Commercial Ecology Prospect

HNB’s future growth rate and ecological self-sustainability can be clearly foreseen. HNB community members are not merely simple APP residents. We are a consensus working towards a common interest, community progress, improvement and the construction of the ecology. There is now a volunteer team composed of HNB residents who have formed ‘HNB Core’. Under the collaborative guidance of HNB Core, HNB’s entire ecosystem has been able to take its first steps toward its progression as an economic ecosystem. For the foreseeable future, it will continue to be guided, however gradually it will completely form an autonomous circulation and self-sufficient survival.

We expect that by the end of 2019, HNB Mall’s ecological daily trading orders will reach 1 million, the daily expenditure will be tens of millions of yuan, and the mall’s ecological users will reach 10 million.
