After careful consideration, we have decided to implement a stricter policy on allowed countries for our services. As part of this change, our lending platform, Lend at Hodl Hodl, will be blocked for users from the USA and several other countries. Please refer to our updated Terms of Service for the full list of restricted countries.

We want to reiterate that the Hodl Hodl platform has never served customers in the USA. This decision is part of our ongoing commitment to adapt to regulatory uncertainty and ensure the highest standards of security and integrity for our platform and users. Existing users of Lend at Hodl Hodl can finalize their current loans but will not be able to engage in new ones starting today.

Meanwhile, Hodl Hodl will continue to focus on serving our global community with the highest standards, particularly prioritizing users in emerging markets.
