Mobile Optimization
Mobile accessibility is extremely important, but creating a user-friendly mobile interface comes with it’s own set of challenges, such as: limited screen space, touch input, performance optimization and data security.
To address those issues, we initiated a comprehensive update to the designs across our lending and trading platforms. Enhancements were made to key sections, such as the main page, offers page, as well as the accept and create offers functionalities. This effort resulted in a significant boost in performance, with our volume tripling and the number of completed contracts doubling within six months of the updates.
Following this success, we introduced a new and improved user experience for the contract flow, incorporating an updated chat box. This revamped feature is optimized for mobile use and designed to be user-friendly for individuals new to the platform.
