How To Make Mayonnaise

It’s quick and easy to make your own vegan or regular mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 whole egg, or the strained liquid from a can of chickpeas, butter beans or other pulses. (If using dark coloured beans you’ll get a pink coloured mayonnaise.)

I heaped teaspoon smooth mustard (dijon or English)
