Holdex and Blockpass enter strategic partnership to bring compliance and self-sovereignty to ICOs
HONG KONG, May 31, 2018 — Today Holdex, the compliance-focused crypto crowdfunding platform, and Blockpass, the leading self-sovereign identity portal, publicly announced their strategic partnership.
The collaboration between the two Hong Kong-based projects was announced at the Official Launch Party of Blockpass’ PASS token at The Annex.
Founded at the end of November 2017 by blockchain enthusiasts Vadim Zolotokrylin, Giorgia Pellizzari and Mark Curchin, Holdex aims at making crowdfunding via cryptocurrencies accessible to the many people while providing all the tools necessary to stay compliant with regulations.
Crypto crowdfunding is most commonly known in the industry as ICOs or Initial Coin Offerings, where coins or tokens are sold to the public in order to fund the issuing projects.
