“These foods cause and feed disease and the reasons why”
I will briefly discuss the top foods to avoid and the reasoning behind it for better health. The first one is sugar. It’s the biggest one and feeds the disease rapidly. Our bodies were not meant to handle the load of refined sugars and is an on switch that feeds disease like cancer. There are alot of hidden names for sugar like fructose, high fructose corn syrup, male syrup, barley malt etc… watch out for artificially sweetened too which are just as bad or worse because of the chemicals. I’m a big fan of monk fruit sweetener and stevia leaves. I have an organic stevia plant I add a couple leaves to a smoothie for sweetness.
#2 wheat
The wheat we eat today isn’t what it once was. Because of the over processing there is more of the protein gluten in it which was not meant for our bodies and creates a lot of issues. For me it was joint pain.
#3 processed oils
Most of the oils out there are highly processed and far from their natural source. We need our omega 3 and omega 6 and healthy fats so I go to organic coconut, sunflower, avocado and flax.
#4 dairy
I know we have all been told milk does the body good but, i believe from my research that it does not. The benefits do not out way the risks of any dairy products that are being consumed. I mean honestly it’s breast feeding from a cow so how can we possibly think that is good for human consumption? The casein in cows milk promotes cancer and is also hard for a human to digest. I urge you to research this further so you can come to your own conclusion. My boys don’t drink cows milk and are a healthy 20 and 17 year old. Luckily we had a dr who was open to our way of doing things and feel very blessed for that.
#5 Animal protein
I know I felt the same way sometime ago that we need meat to get all the nutrients we need. Through myself being a guinea pig for that I am much better off without it. The problem is we get too much animal protein and there is also a lot of fat especially in red meat. It’s very hard for us to digest as well and contributes to diseases like cancer. I highly recommend due to the benefits and doing this myself and how much better off I am to try a vegan or whole food plant based diet. You will feel, look and live life much better in so many ways.
In conclusion take baby steps and see for yourself how much better off you will be. My sons do consume organic chicken and I’m ok with that but, eating as much raw organic plants as possible will give you tremendous benefits and cure so many ailments we have today. I will also be posting recipes to help you along the way to a healthier better you.
