Today is all about herbs. My organic herbs are in full swing. Here are a few. It’s so fun to cook dinner and go outside and pick fresh herbs to add for flavor instead of table salt. The amazing benefits and aroma go a long way. My my personal favs are basil, cilantro ( my husbands fav), sage and rosemary. They are so easy to plant and I also us a bit of organic food once every 2 weeks. One of my fav recipes using my Basil is to cut tomato slices throw on some vegan cheese or mozzarella if you eat dairy which we shouldn’t of course but, no judgement here a basil leaf some pepper with a toothpick and good to go for a summer appetizer. I purchased mine from Whole Foods, trader joe and Home Depot. All organic:) Enjoy!!!
