Our hero, Fireman Joe is back, and better than ever due to enhanced visual effects, audio and editing. We have responded to your comments and this shorter version is very entertaining and informative. This video is sure to be a hit with the 40,000 plus viewers who enjoyed our Cinco de Mayo video so take a look and let us know what you think.

I give this eggplant dip a “thumbs up!”

Fireman Joe provides some “proper” cooking tips coupled with safe practices in the kitchen. (Watch out for exploding egg plants in 3D!) *A word of caution to those of you who may be brave enough to attempt this recipe. Please ensure you practice safe knife handling in following the preparation method.* Fortunately, Joe has included a safety tip at the end of the video that instructs the viewer on response to lacerations, should something bad happen.
