Recently, Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump won yet another primary election in Indiana. A major portion of the candidate’s platform includes building a large wall between Mexico and the United States. The potential wall, as well as the candidate’s position that Mexico will pay for it, could very well lead to political and physical barriers that may significantly disrupt the legal trafficking of Mexican food items to the U.S. This will create numerous challenges for the Homeland Security Community and the citizens of the U.S. that have an “addiction” to authentic Mexican food.

There are reports that U.S. citizens whom have an affinity for Mexican food are exploring drastic measures to ensure that they have continual access to what they consider an essential food “group.” Cross-border drone delivery tests for foodstuffs are being conducted to ensure that these Mexican delights reach the stomaches of U.S. citizens should the wall be constructed.

There are even reports of tunnels being dug from the U.S. to Mexico to facilitate the trafficking of Mexican food favorites. “El Chapo” tunnel contractors has recently secured multi-million dollar contract with domestic Mexican restaurant franchises to ensure high quality burrito’s make it to the U.S.
