Angostura Sour
Made from Angostura bark and a maceration of cherry fruits, cloves, rhubarb, quassia wood and gentian root, Amargo-Vallet is a 90 Proof bitter liqueur with bittersweet dark chocolate notes. The Angostura Sour uses bourbon, Amargo-Vallet, orgeat and lemon juice and started out as a twist on an Angostura Fizz.

Smoky Thyme Paloma
Did you know that all tequilas are mezcals but not all mezcals are tequilas? That’s because mezcal, the smokier spirit, is made from a variety of agave plants whereas tequila can only be made from the blue agave plant. This take on the national favourite Paloma, uses both mezcal and tequila and a spring of dried thyme.

Coconut Cove
Kalani Coconut Rum Liqueur is made in the Yucatan using fresh coconut milk from Yellow Dwarf Coconuts infused in Mexican sugar cane rum. So, it has all the coconut flavour, without giving you suntan lotion vibes like other coconut rums do. And this tropical cocktail mixes coconut with guava. So, now we just have to imagine we’re on the beach not in London!
