Elon Musk | OnInnovation

Long before I ever knew much about Elon Musk and Tesla, I ran into stories online that praised his leadership skills and “emotional intelligence.” For years, it seemed that you couldn’t even have a conversation about emotional intelligence without Musk’s name being mentioned.

I’ve always found that very odd, and thought that maybe people don’t understand the concept as well as they think they do, or, maybe we just have different (lower) standards for emotionally intelligent men.

Frankly, Elon Musk is one of the last guys I’d call emotionally intelligent, and I’d put him alongside other often overly praised men including Johnny Depp and Donald Trump.

You might have missed this, but earlier this month, Business Insider covered another type of Elon Musk story.

Mister Masterclass in Emotional Intelligence recently posted a doctored (and stolen) Conservative political cartoon about the coronavirus and Bill Gates. No doubt he posted the image thinking it was funny AF and because he’s, well, sort of the Twitter king of dank memes, but here you go.
