Be conscious over. the next week. What are your pain points? What are the things in your routine you find yourself irritated by?

Record those things in a notebook or writing app.

You can use a bullet journal or an app like Drafts 4 or Notes. Put that app on your main screen so it’s easy to access and make a note when you’re frustrated. Write down what it is about the situation that is frustrating you. If you’re especially proud of how you do a certain thing, write it down and why you like that process.
