“The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey is a self-help book that has become a classic. I’ve read it over 10 year ago and still use the habits today. In my humble opinion, it is a must-read for anyone looking to improve their effectiveness and productivity.

“The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”

This book has, for me, two key strengths.

The first one is its practicality — it offers a clear and actionable plan for personal development, and it is full of examples and case studies to illustrate the concepts discussed.

The second key strength is the holistic approach. Covey’s 7 habits are interrelated and build on one another, which makes it easy to see how they all fit together.

The book is divided into three parts (“Private Victory”, “Public Victory”, “Renewal”), each of which addresses a different aspect of personal development and proposes a set of habits (7 in total).
