Venturing into the realm of internet marketing, for myself, for the first time — but not really.
This is the first website I have manufactured with a purchased domain, but I have marketed myself before.
I started with a Facebook page. Simple, but still valuable in following trends. The second manufesto was in creating my LinkedIn page, followed by an About.me, Youtube page, and a Twitter account.
Inspiration for the site
All of these things have pivoted me towards creating an online professional portfolio. The sole purpose in creating this site is to have something for clients, and/or employers look at when judging whether or not I should be a part of their team.
Currently working in producing marketing shorts — documentary style, for local businesses and entrepreneurs in my city, Macon, Ga., people can now visit the page and decide for themselves.
Thus, Vignette, but literally small video shorts offering a glimpse at who, what, when, where, why, and how a business is offering something.
The article image above is what I created to represent the company logo. It should represent simplicity and professionalism.
Those I represent will have a 2–3 min video vignette to market themselves, share, and explain what it is that they represent.
