TV vs. Reality: How Real Psychics Differ From TV Characters
Real mediums are better than make-believe! I know because I am one!
The other day, a client asked,
“What is it like to communicate with spirits?”
I love this question. I, too, ask this question of others as I am fascinated by the similarities and differences between the experiences practitioners of mediumship have.
Her question got me thinking…
I have always been intrigued with how mediumship is portrayed in movies and TV series. Programs begin pretty tamely, offering insight into what it is truly like. However, it doesn’t take long before the producers switch the storyline to include evil spirits and dark entities. A once tame and informative show turns to horror. I suppose to keep people’s attention?
I find interacting with spirits exceptionally fascinating all on its own. The need to bring fear to the picture says more about the producer than the truth.
Maybe I need to watch documentaries instead?
The producer of The InBetween series must have consulted a medium. I understand why they emphasize certain ideas.
