Day 6 of Rehab

I am light
I am calm
I am bright
I am focused
I am clear
I am sober
I am abundant
…..with cheer
I am with purpose
I ignite pure clean energy
I sing in alignment in tune
With the Universe
Vibrating high
While staying grounded low
Rooted stillness
Moving with purpose and moving slow
With permission to be soft
Going gently with ease
Honoring my life, honoring sleep
I am creating spaces
And filling them with love
I am full of light, inside and above
