The Joy of a Sunrise

Beautiful and simple.

My workday view.

I only work two days a week, from about 4 to 9 am.

That may sound horrible to some folks, but I really like it.

I love my three views. Stars, the Moon, and the absolutely stunning sunrises.

I love astronomy, so any chance I get to view the stars and moon is just a treat, but I’ve recently started to love sunrises.

I was never really out and about around that hour before. I was usually awake, but inside.

No matter how bad you feel, what drama you are going through, or what awaits you that day, a simple sunrise is a great few moments to just relax and enjoy the art in the sky.

It changes every second, the colors shift as the sun rises and the clouds move.

Where else can you get that?

Even if you take a photograph, it can’t capture the pure beauty and serenity of it.

You just can’t replicate this.

I get to enjoy this twice a week.

I may not have the amount of hours I want or live where I want, but I get to see this twice a week, so I’m good for now.
