Best Idea Wins

There are two ways to look at this. The one with the best idea wins or the best idea wins. In the former scenario you have team members competing to put the best idea forward. In the latter scenario, you have team members riffing off one another’s contributions to put the best idea forward. I typically default to fighting for my idea but it is my experience that the best idea usually comes from the room not someone in it.
