Many people in this industry base their work on the stereotypes, while Hospitality industry is strictly on-the-spot.

People come not just to eat & drink I quiet, pay and leave. They don’t come just to get served and hugged good-bye.

Guests come to share their emotions and get the from you. A guest may come after a fight with someone, he’d seek distraction and would be grateful is you’d be thoughtful and attentive. It means that while you’ll need to take care of him, make him comfortable, you won’t be approaching him with pissed off look because your guest is indifferent or sad.
