Throwback to Equip’Hotel 2016

In November 2016, Hotelcloud exhibited in Equip’Hotel Paris. Equip’Hotel is the number 1 hospitality tradeshow in Europe.

This event was a great opportunity to showcase major upcoming features & new integrations: A new app design | a new back-office |Our platform as a website | the CRM |.

Two upcoming features especially caught our visitors interest :

1. Our Blackbell app as a website:
   Establishments can now offer to their users a consolidated experience on a unique interface! We now let establishments use their Blackbell app as their own website (ability to connect their own domain name, SEO, integration of their booking engine…).
2. Our Blackbell app as a CRM:
   In the coming months, establishments will be able to use their Blackbell black-office platform as their own CRM. Indeed, establishments will be able to collect and analyze customers’ data, in order to better target them with relevant offers and build customer loyalty.

Our “ 100% connected hotel room” also generated interest. In partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Hospitality, Assa Abloy, Schneider Electric and Samsung, we presented a fully connected space.

Hotelcloud application, locked in kiosk mode in a Samsung tablet, was the remote to :

• Control TV
• Control light & temperature
• Open the room door via Bluetooth
• Stream content via Chromecast
• Place internal & external calls (VOIP)
