THE ART OF UNLOCKING THE MIND — INSPIRE PEOPLE THROUGH ACTIVE LISTENING AND POWERFUL QUESTIONS

Powerful questions help people to open up to new ideas, uncover alternative solutions and explore different possibilities that lead to discovery, action or commitment. Asking powerful questions is a fundamental skill for any coach, leader or anyone who interacts with people.

In this workshop, we’ll practise asking powerful questions and developing your listening skills to expand thinking, remove blocks, encourage innovation and unlock minds.

We’ll be:

- Looking at levels of listening.

- Developing a shared understanding of what a powerful question is.

- Learning how to create a more powerful question.

- Experimenting with asking powerful questions and practising active listening.
