Canterbury in Kent is an old English town.

This place is known for its history and it’s just a beautiful place to see.

Canterbury is best known for its stunning Cathedral, which is the oldest in England along with its history. The streets are narrow with many shops, cafes, tea rooms, and restaurants. There are many other places to see, such as the Canterbury Norman Castle and St.Augustine’s Abbey. If you live in Canterbury then you will know how great it is to have it on your doorstep.

Walking through Canterbury is an interesting way to see what there is to do there. If considering a day out to this beautiful town, then there are a few places to see and experience.

Places to Visit in Canterbury

I was recently in Canterbury Cathedral for a graduation ceremony. My Goddaughter was graduating and she attended the Canterbury campus which is part of the University of Kent. I got to see how beautiful it was inside.
