Congratulations on your new position!

Becoming a new manager or being appointed as a leader is an amazing moment in your career.

As you navigate learning the new role and building relationships, you will also have the task of balancing your work/life boundaries.

I know how difficult this task is because two months ago I was faced with the same dilemma entering a new leadership position. To reflect on my priorities, I asked myself the following question:

How are you going to maintain yourself and your life outside of work when learning a new role with additional responsibilities?

I am a firm believer that having a robust life outside of work helps to enhance your life within work.

I am also a firm believer that wellness and resiliency is built through a multitude of experiences.
