It is becoming widely accepted that creativity and innovation is the engine of growth in developed economies. Human creativity has replaced raw materials, labour and capital as the key source of economic value. So how de we promote creativity and out-of-the-box thinking on every level? Maybe we should start with what we’re doing wrong.
