MO (Mission Objective)
Launch a prototype of a new type of microclinic (node) that provides wholistic health.
Produce
Create a popup space within the barrio and run for one month. Design the entire package, the experience, the space, the services, and the business model. Produce a short playbook on launching a micro health hub. Create an exhibit to share creation in a public sphere.

MO
For us, MO means three things. Mission Objective. Mindset Orientation. Mode of Operation.
Emergence Design
We’re playing with the idea of turning Emergence Theory into a design process for Utopia. Catch up to speed on the concept with Emergence, Pheromones and Slums 2.0, Emergence Theory Primer, and Seeing Whole Systems. How could this prototype solution operate as a node?
