100 Words, Day 16: Pause, pause, pause, GO!

I spent most of today writing a new song. Then wondering if it was good enough. Then starting something else. Then coming back to the first.

Honestly, it feels like it’s been getting harder and harder to have conviction in what I work on lately. I think that I expected that as time went on, things naturally grew, and it might be because of this that I’ve subconsciously taken my foot off the gas lately; I’ve had gaps in regular content, I haven’t followed through with regular Spotify releases since my June project release.

It’s frustrating, but the first step to fixing something is identifying it, and it would seem I’ve done that. Besides, as I discussed in yesterday’s podcast, pauses aren’t endings.
