Some of the greatest words ever spoken were crafted to inspire, motivate, and move an audience.

Speeches, by their very nature, are designed to stir something deep within us. But too often, they exist as fleeting moments — heard once, then lost forever.

That’s where the power of repurposing comes in.

By transforming speeches into stories, we can ensure these words of wisdom transcend the time and space they were originally given, reaching a wider audience and sparking inspiration anew.

My practice of reposting speeches started as a simple way to motivate and inspire myself. I like to relive a speech through words, my preferred medium for consuming information. Now, I regard the practice as a way to invoke action in others.

It is part of my content strategy to motivate and inspire others and many of these repurposed stories live on the High-Performing Insights publication.
