Your candidate persona will give an insight on what type of a job candidate would be perfect for your company and organizational culture. The easiest way to define your candidate persona is to follow the great four Ws:
- Who is this person?
- What skill-set does she/he have?
- Where to reach him/her?
- Why would she/he want to work form me?
