How to create candidate persona

To acquire the best talent for your own company, you need to create your ideal candidate — candidate persona. Your candidate persona will give an insight on what type of a job candidate would be perfect for your company and organizational culture. The easiest way to define your candidate persona is to follow the great four Ws:

  • Who is this person?
  • What skill-set does she/he have?
  • Where to reach him/her?
  • Why would she/he want to work form me?

It is very important to lose all of your assumptions and simply use the facts and information that you have on your existing employees.
