For 9 years Ketto has been South East Asia’s most visited and trusted crowdfunding platform. From creating a loyal consumer base to keeping up with the times, it has been a long journey. This experience, on the other hand, taught us the secret to success that ultimately helped us pursue our mission of “Healthcare for All.”

It’s critical to be mindful of business trends in today’s dynamic business world. We at Ketto, in particular, believe in staying current with ever-changing business trends rather than relying on out-of-date information.

Our Product Department’s problem-solving skills and analytical insights, along with cutting-edge technology and a risk-taking attitude, enables us to expand and succeed.

  • We believe in solving real problems

At Ketto, we strive to make the world a better place by making healthcare available for all. When we started, it was our dream to make crowdfunding available in the country, and now, after years of hard work, our dream has evolved into our mission. People are now comfortable with the idea of crowdfunding, and we have not achieved this just by ourselves.

We’ve raised over Rs 1100 crores for medical, social, personal, and creative causes throughout the years. It’s all because we identified the root of the problem, determined what might be done to solve it, and then began working towards that goal.

Many organisations might not know their users as well as they think they do.

A thriving organisation relies heavily on accurate research. Until the organisation has completed a full cycle and is ready to expand to a new concept, rigorous research proves important at every step of the way.

However, the team has now broadened their target user base, enabling us to have a deeper understanding of our customers and, as a result, contributing to the growth of our company’s trajectory.

  • We operate with transparency

Transparency is connected to improved employee performance and helps to promote a sense of comfort among employees, allowing them to interact freely. In addition to making employees feel valued, a transparent work atmosphere fosters innovation.

We recognise the importance of operating in a transparent manner, whether it’s through our culture of frequent and honest feedback or our practice of managing employer-employee expectations.

We encourage good communication at Ketto through a variety of initiatives, including peer-to-peer recognition, our Business Development team’s regular “chai breaks,” our monthly team games, and more.

It’s impossible to teach strategy, especially when people are discouraged from acting on their own.

We don’t believe that there is a single correct approach to complete a task. Every Ketto Avenger has their own strategy for achieving their objectives. As a developing tech company, we urge our workers to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and contribute creatively to the company’s success.

It’s easy to lose sight of why a company was established in the first place as it starts to grow. However, we believe that staying loyal to our basic principles and roots is critical to maintaining our brand’s authenticity.

  • Warrior Spirit- At Ketto, we have the zeal to change the world, the drive to do better and to constantly put in all the hard work to make good things happen.
  • Trust and Transparency- Remember the good ol’ “trust fall” team-building exercise? Don’t worry, we never ask our members to literally do such an exercise with us, but we do desire to build a community that they can count on to “catch” them.
  • Innovation- We think of new ideas and try them on the fly. Processes and procedures are fluid here. At Ketto, we believe that there isn’t one right answer to a problem, but rather many and we won’t hesitate to put them into practice.
  • Everyone belongs- We believe that “smart teams will do amazing things, but only truly diverse teams will do impossible things”
  • It’s always a good time at Ketto- We at Ketto are strong believers of work hard, play hard. And even while at work, we ensure that there’s never a dull week.
