Neel was curious. His Managing Director Sid told him that he will be handling HR alone. But here’s Myra. Myra joined AI Max after passing out from college, a year ago. She had been handling HR, the way it was told to her by Max. Max was the founding member of AI Max.
Myra told him that there was a recent change in the management. Sid joined recently and took over the company from Max, due to which the complexities in the organization have grown. She has not been able to handle these complexities. Hence, she’s put down her papers.
Myra told him that a local lawyer Kushal helped her in filing all the necessary registrations. Kushal is a friend of Max. Payroll and compliances were outsourced to him. However, there is a major problem with the timely payment of salaries. Hence, Myra was tasked with finding a new payroll vendor.
Neel understood the dynamics behind the expectation laid down by Sid.
