Sports for Highly Sensitive Person: Nurturing Physical and Emotional Well-being
Sports and physical activities have long been heralded for their positive impact on our well-being. They’re champions of cardiovascular health, weight management, and boosting mental resilience. Reflecting on my sports choices, I realized that, beyond physical aptitude, the selection criteria are heavily influenced by the mental aspects of the activities, indicating a significant impact on my preferences.
I hope you discover valuable insights, whether you’re someone who experiences heightened sensitivity seeking to enhance your life or a parent assisting a sensitive child in navigating the world of sports.
