Dorsey could be moving Josh Bookman for a new left tackle

The Browns are 2–5 and the most penalized team in the NFL. Lack of discipline, lack of focus, lack of Kevin Zeitler, the list goes on.

Not all is hope is lost. If you listen to sports talk radio you’d believe the Browns second-half of the schedule is a guaranteed nine wins against the junior college circuit.

Getting A win, let alone MANY wins, is going to be a challenge. Here’s 3 players the Browns can go after, and what they can offer with a little help from 92.3 The Fan.

Trent Williams

Player: Left Tackle Trent Williams, Redskins

What the Browns get: A Pro Bowl tackle to protect Baker Mayfield’s blind side

What the Redskins get: David Njoku, a 2021 second-rounder, and Josh Bookman and Bookman & Son Fine Jewelry

The Bookmans

Njoku and the second-rounder might get all the ‘pub’, but the Bookmans are the steal of this trade.

Josh leaves the friendly confines of Brecksville Road and relocates his family-run business to our nation’s capital. The relaxed atmosphere at the new Bookman & Sons on Pennsylvania Avenue helps Washington coaching candidates feel comfortable, not like the big-box franchises.

Redskins owner Dan Snyder won’t ask for their e-mail, either.

Nate Solder

Player: Nate Solder, Left Tackle, Giants

What the Browns get: A tackle with championship experience.

What the Giants get: T.J. Carrie, Antonio Callaway, a one-year membership to Affinity Whole Health, AND a sectional and custom kitchen cabinets from Northeast Factory Direct

Custom Kitchen Cabinets from Northeast Factory Direct

The Giants get veteran safety help in Carrie, a speedy burner (in more ways than one) in Callaway, and the ability to feel amazing and live better with Affinity Whole Health.

Affinity will get the Giants offense on a testosterone replacement plan specific to New York’s needs. The Giants franchise is basically a list of symptoms resulting from low T.

  • Irritability (Pat Shurmur)
  • Fatigue (fan base)
  • Insomnia (also Pat Shurmur)

Once the G-Men have more energy, are sleeping better and enjoying an increased sex drive, they’ll be able to enjoy their custom kitchen cabinets from Northeast Factory Direct. Alex might’ve even throw in a hot tub too, ’cause it’s the holidays.

Garrett Bolles

Player: Garrett Bolles, Left Tackle, Broncos

What the Browns get: A veteran tackle to shore up the o-line.

What the Broncos get: A 2020 third-rounder, the spicy pie from Pizza 216, and Ryan Young from the Young Team

The spicy pie

The Broncos are in full-rebuild and this 2020 third-rounder should help. So should Ryan Young, who moved 339 homes last year — one home every 26 hours!

Throw in a spicy pie made in that imported oven from Italy and you got yourself a deal. Charred bottom, crispy crust, all in under three minutes, which is the Browns average time of possession through seven games.

Ryan might even replace John Elway as GM, getting $20,000 above asking price for all future transactions.

Lastly, I know I didn’t include Delmonico’s and I’m sorry. But for what it’s worth, I think a Porter House, the Lobster Bisque, and the veal stuffed peppers, along with Rashard Higgins, is a fair asking price to bring back Bob Wiley and Ken Zampese.
