So the contemporary man must uphold art by promoting and developing the multicultural dialog and awareness between styles, generations, and peoples. They arise through research and experimentation, performed by artists and young artists of every origin in multiple sectors of art and culture.

Tota Pulchra is a recreation artistic association, designed, for one thing, to take action to foster and promote cultural exchanges.

It also pursues its work by seeking sponsors, locations, partners for exhibitions, concerts, and events in which artists can express their talent. Who express themselves through the language of sound, body, and voice or video, graphic, or photographic tools. Who reveals himself through his unique artifact.

The scope covers both international and national actors that share and support the same targets. It also accepts the membership of associations and clubs that recognize themselves in its aims.
