How To Look & Feel Your Youthful, Brilliant Best đź–¤

Life has a habit of knocking us down after a while. There are all those responsibilities — the daily grind & then there’s the matter of our body which seems intent on making us feel older. However, while this may be the standard path as we age it’s up to us whether we walk this way. There are plenty of things we can do to remain looking & feeling youthful. If you’re beginning to feel the years take some of my tips below — you’ll be back to your brilliant best in no time …

STAY CURIOUS

When we’re younger we are continually exposed to new ideas, ways of being & so on. Then eventually we fall into our style & we seem to shut off the rest of the world that doesn’t fit with our own ideas. While it’s important to put your flag in the ground (so to speak) & figure out who you are, there are advantages to staying curious & open to all that the world has to offer. It’ll help you to retain that sense of wonder that so many adults lose once they’re in their mid-twenties!

EXERCISE & YOGA

A lot of the time it’s not our sense of wonder that lets us down — it’s our bodies which just doesn’t want to play ball sometimes. We begin to feel a little heavier, we’re walking slower, we’re not as agile as we once were & so on. However, you don’t have to settle for a less than stellar body, oh no! There are things you can do to keep your energy & an all-around mobility intact. Exercise for example is crucial — it gives much more energy than it takes. To meet the stiffness of older age — take a look at yoga (my favorite) — they say you stay the same you were when you first take up yoga. THATS BIG!

LOOKING THE PART

There’s no getting around the fact that how old we look greatly influences how old we feel. We might feel youthful & vibrant but if we’re exhibiting too many signs of aging then we’ll eventually begin to feel our age — or older. Thankfully in this day & age there are plenty of things you can do to remain looking youthful. You use dye for your hair, for your skin & makeup to cover those other imperfections. As well as your body also take a look into what you’re wearing; does it make you look older? While you don’t want to dress like a teenager — opt for dressing five years younger than you are & people will believe it …

PART OF THE WORLD

If you ever feel out of the loop when it comes to trends & what’s hot & so on then you might begin to feel like life has passed you by. But it’s never too late to jump back in. Go to a festival, listen to a podcast or maybe even watch whatever is hot on youtube these days & you’ll be part of the youthful culture just like that! You’ll feel part of the world!
