AppGallery badge in only 1 minute! (NON-TECHNICAL)

Hi Folks!

You all know that to have Store badges on your website are something like trophies, achievements of your product.

These badges are something like “Our product is everywhere: choose your store!”

The AppGallery is growing so fast in the world of app development and in this NON-TECHNICAL guide I’ll explain how to achieve your AppGallery published app localized badge in only 1 minute!

Remember: you need a Huawei Developer account

1. Into the AppGallery Connect page, go to ‘AppGallery Download’

If you are using the ‘new console’ you should do in this way:

2. In the following page You can both create and search your badges by clicking on ‘Badge links’

3. Scrolling down the page, You have to add the published APP ID by clicking the ‘Add’ blue button:

4. Search for your product (or products) by ID/Keyword, check the APP ID (or IDs) and then click on the ‘Add’ blue button on the top/right side:

5. Set the channel name (for your promotions) and the language through ‘Display Badge in’, optionally a referrer (for this one will follow a technical guide, more info here) and/or iOS link to redirect iOS users to the Apple App Store and finally click the ‘Generate badge’ button :

6. Congratulations!

BONUS EXTRA

In order to search your already generated badges and also edit them, follow these steps:

1. Click on ‘Search badge’ near to ‘Make badge’:

2. Here You can download your badges and also edit them. By clicking on ‘New link’ inside the app badge row on right side, You can add a new ‘Channel name’ and a new ‘Referrer’:
