❗ How to Transfer an App in AppGallery Connect? Step-by-Step Guide

In this article, I will explain how you can smoothly and securely transfer an app between accounts.
App Transfer
Let’s say you have an app in account A, and you want to transfer this app to account B. In this case, here are the steps you need to follow:
⭐ Log in to AppGallery Connect. Click on your homepage’s “My Apps” section and select the app you want to transfer.
⭐ Click on the “Transfer App” button located under the “App Information” section.
⭐ A ticket screen will appear here.
Overview: Write a brief description summarizing your ticket.
Product: Select the app you wish to transfer.
Description: Explain your reason for the transfer in detail. If your app supports in-app purchases, be sure to mention it.
Attachments: In this section, you need to upload two documents. You can access these documents by downloading the zip file below.
This zip file contains the “App Transfer Application Form” and “App Transfer Checklist” documents. Download these forms, fill them out completely, and then upload them in the attachments section. After that, click the “Submit” button to successfully submit your application.
You can track your application process from the Developer Center > Customer Service page.
After submitting your application, Huawei will notify you of the result within 1–2 business days. If it is not approved, you may have provided incomplete information. If approved, your app will be transferred.
⭐ Here, the transferee accepts the transferred app.
