✨ Password Reset: You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen and using your email address or phone number.
✨ Huawei ID Change Form: If you can’t remember your account information, you can fill out the Huawei ID Change form and send it to the email address corresponding to your country.
✨ Submit a Support Ticket: Alternatively, you can open a support ticket through the Huawei Developers portal to contact the technical support team and initiate the account recovery process. The support team will provide you with the necessary guidance.

You need to download the Huawei ID Change Application Form by clicking on this link and fill it out completely. After that, you should send the completed form to the specified email addresses.
Let’s take a look at the form together;
Developer UID: You should write your Developer ID. You can view your ID by clicking Profile -> Personal Info in the top left corner.
Legal Entity Name: If your application is published under a company name, the entity name will be the name of the company. If you are publishing the application as an individual developer, the entity name will typically be your name.
You should include your original and new phone numbers, email addresses, and any security phone numbers and email addresses if exist. If you cannot remember your old information, you can leave those fields blank. Additionally, you need to specify the reason for requesting the ID change. After filling in all the required information, simply add your name, position, company name (if it’s a company account), date, and your signature.
After completing the form, send it to the email address corresponding to your country. The approval process will be completed within 2–3 business days.
