Hubble’s xp Leaderboard Snapshot: September
A few weeks ago, we initiated XP Rewards and the Leaderboard. This experiment in building Hubble’s community has been wildly successful so far. We’ve created a token-economy within the server and it has fostered a culture of contribution, taking independent initiative and providing value to the Hubble community.
The leaderboard represents XP — experience. This comes from discussions in the server. You can also earn XP by answering questions, providing product feedback, proposing ideas, implementing ideas, building a bot, creating memes, stickers and any other initiatives that create positive value to the community.
The more XP you have, a stronger community member you are. The higher your level, the more respek you earn from other hubblers and hubblenauts.

Samneet Chepal: 500 XP
Sam is a Quantitive analyst at LedgerPrime who took the time to educate the community on Perpetual Futures. The talk was enjoyed by myself, Arpit and Atul from the Hubble team as well.
Sourabh Deshpande: 500 XP
Sourab provided immensely helpful feedback on Hubble’s draft paper and continues to do so. It’s an honour to have technically proficient contributors like himself.
BatAvax: 300 XP
BatAvax hosted our very first Vietnamese AMA. They had over 250+ questions for hubble. The talk was carried out very smoothly and BatAvax took the time to translate all our long answers into Vietnamese.
Div: 125 XP
Div was in the Lyra Trading Challenge and had some very good ideas and suggestions on how to implement Hubble’s trading challenge. It’s very valuable to have him in the server since he’s actively participated in other trading challenges and knows what we should watch out for.
Dorlanz: 100 XP
Dorlanz now also known as the hubblehug inventor within the server created this meme that’s found itself become part of Hubble’s memetic culture.
A big congratulations to everyone who earned XP this month. Reaching the top 10 is the highest honour you can receive as a Hubbler. Excited to see how everyone in the community finds new ways to earn XP!
