Greetings my huckleberry friends!

Finn again. Last time I promised you good folk some important details about how Huckleberry is gonna work. Believe me when I say that I do understand the need. It’s the little things that smooths people’s roads the most, after all.

So, without further ado.

Huckleberry: Mighty free and easy and comfortable

Huckleberry is a brand-new kind of community driven AMM crosschain DEX built on Moonriver usin’ Wanchain’s decentralized crosschain bridges. It is designed for curious drifters like you and me. Huckleberry’s governance reward token is called $FINN, named after yours truly.

You can think of Huckleberry like a kind of raft. If you stay on and let the winds and waters carry you forward, you will constantly and passively earn rewards. You’re free to get off whenever you’d like, of course, but by doin’ so you might just miss out on somethin’ special.

Passive Sailing: Let the river guide you

In addition to the standard swappin’ and liquidity providin’ and farmin’ functions offered by all AMM DEXs, Huckleberry uses a “reflect model” to give “Passive Farming” rewards, or “Passive Sailing” rewards, as I like to call ’em, to all $FINN holders. Whenever any amount of $FINN moves from one account to another — be it via regular transaction or smart contract interaction — a 1% fee is automatically taken and distributed to each and every one of you good drifters out there, proportional to your holdings of course.

In other words, all you need to do is hold on to your $FINN and you will constantly be earnin’ passive rewards. Don’t you forget, Huckleberry, $FINN and Moonriver are the ultimate symbols of freedom.

All initial Rivers will begin with a standard 1X reward multiplier. Rewards will be dynamically adjusted as needed to attract liquidity.

Have you undergone an audit?

Though some may believe that this is counter to a drifter’s disposition, I have taken the liberty of having Huckleberry fully inspected and audited by an accredited external firm called BEOSIN. This process is ongoin’ and I will share the results as soon as they are ready. In the meantime, do use Huckleberry at your own risk.

In the future, we drifters will decide together when it is appropriate to be audited again. We are drifters precisely because we want to control our own destinies.

What does the Huckleberry team get?

While Huckleberry is of my own design, I am supported by a small team of like-minded drifters with backgrounds and stories even more interesting than mine own. We are all workin’ on a volunteer basis, though 10% of $FINN tokens are bein’ put aside. There will be no token sale or equity offerin’ of any kind ever associated with Huckleberry as this does not align with a drifter’s core values.

When can you start using Huckleberry?

Ah yes. The question of the hour. Huckleberry’s raft sets sail at 09:00 AM (UTC) — Wednesday, September 29th, 2021.

The first $MOVR Rivers will start producing farming rewards two days later, at 10:00 AM (UTC) — Friday October 1st, 2021.
