Croatia is one of the most important place where Game of Thrones was filmed. It's sometimes hard to recognise the filming locations as they are usually "augmented" with CGI and props but the atmosphere is definitively there !
Here are the places we went to:
The basement of Diocletian's palace in Split is where Daenerys kept her dragons in Meereen
St James Cathedral in Sibenik is the Iron Bank of Braavos
The main filming location was Dubrovnik which portrays King's Landing
Jesuit staircase is used for the steps of the Great Sept of Baelor, where Queen Cersei starts her Walk of Shame (but Hortense is fully dressed on that picture)

Rector’s Palace is the residence of the Spice King of Quarth
St. Dominic Street was used in most of the market scenes in King's Landing
