We’d all rather talk with people more interesting than ourselves. But at times, that’s just not possible.

When we were kids, we got to choose our own friendship groups. We didn’t have to talk to people if we didn’t want to. Extroverts hung out with extroverts. Introverts hung out with themselves. Everyone was happy.

Now as adults, things are a bit different.

Friendship groups are no longer chosen by us. They’re chosen for us.

If you work in an office, you just have to make do with the colleagues you’re given. A lot of them might be great conversationalists. Others may be boring as fuck. Like it or not, you have to get along with all of them.

Usually, it’s fine in a group setting where everyone is talking with each other.

But if you were hanging out with people you don’t know or with people who have little in common with you, that’s when it becomes difficult.

If there’s one thing everyone hates when interacting with someone it’s awkwardness.

Let’s say someone is being annoying and they’re pissing you off.
Solution — just tell ’em to fuck off!
