2 years ago, I’ve left a super cool startup to become CEO of a wannabe super cool startup but I had to face a first challenge : discovering a new world, the Human Ressources and Management’s world.

I used to know small companies and each time I had to work with big ones I’ve been amazed by their ability to loose time and avoid taking decisions.

When we’ve decided with TheTeam to build an awesome tool to create org charts we had no idea of all the companies’ problem we were about to find out.

Our decision was based on a simple fact : people want to know “who’s who” and “who is his hierarchical superior”

Whatever you’re thinking that means something for people.

Here at Card.biz we’re not involved into holacracy or new way to manage people, we want to bring back to life, a good old tool, because we think it will help people have better life inside their company.

More we work on HR, more we are convinced that HR should mean Human Relationship.

We have a lot to do to fit expectations, a lot of them comes from people’s ego but at the end, it’s always to help people communicate faster, easier. Org chart as we want to build them are an efficient way to display the real life social network of your organization. And, yes, it helps.
