What’s humanID: humanID is a nonprofit building a replacement to social media logins like “Login with Facebook”. Unlike existing logins, humanID allows users to sign onto third-party websites or apps with full anonymity.

It’s been a few ( tumultuous months) since our last update. We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe, healthy, and above all hopeful.

Our growing team of volunteers has been moving humanID forward unstop for the past few months. We’d love to share with you some exciting updates.

TLDR Accomplishments:

2. Our team pitched and received 20k grant from Harvard’s inaugural Impact Fund. All the funds will be directly invested in building our product
3. We have an awesome group of new volunteers: Umang Sota from Harvard Business School, Tajay Bongsa from Harvard Divinity School, Jan Kwan and Trevor Cobb from Harvard Graduate School of Design, Tanya Xi from MIT
4. We’ve been busy applying to various startup competition including YC, MIT100K, UP, HUCP. Watch our YC video here.
