humanID Progress Update 8/17/19

We are thrilled to hear some positive feedbacks from various institutions and communities. It would be amazing to hear your thoughts on this project as well so feel free to leave your comments and join our telegram group. Alright then, without further ado, let’s talk about what’s going on this week.
API Development Update
API development is going swimmingly. This week, we’ve prepared a demo for web login. To run the demo on your browser:
1. Go to http://humanid.herokuapp.com/examples/confirm.html and give the browser permission to allow notification.
2. While keeping the first tab open, open a second tab and go to https://humanid.herokuapp.com/examples/login.html. You should find a field to input your phone number (for demo purposes, you should enter 62 and 81234567890).
3. Then, go back to the confirm page and click ‘Confirm’.
4. You’re all set! You should see a success message appear on the login page.
Another thing we would like to inform that our developer has recently deployed a set of APIs, library, and SDK for web log in which you can find on our Github. We have also updated the recipes and tutorial for login API. For further details, click here.
Android Development Update
Besides working on the UI, our developer is currently figuring out the best method to perform cross-app login. So far, we are faced with two options. The first one is by using read/write access file where third party apps give read/write access to write package name to other third-party apps and vice versa. And the second one is using cookies. Our developer will compare both options by considering its security and performance.
Other Updates
· Sales will be postponed until September 1st. Right now, we are focusing on several applications for funding and events.
